Cancellation & Refund Policy

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 50% cancellation charges will apply.

• Cancellation between 15–30 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges will apply.

• Cancellation within 15 days of departure: No refund will be applicable.

• If Hiflier Travels cancels the trip due to operational reasons, you will receive either a 100% refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future departure.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 21 working days from the date of receiving the written cancellation request.

Please Note: Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total trip cost and the date on which your cancellation request is received.

• Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval.

🏨 Accommodation & Property

• Any damage to hotel/property will be charged at actual cost.
• Hotels are subject to availability; similar alternatives may be provided.

🧳 Belongings & Safety

• Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

🌦️ Itinerary Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions.
• No refund for missed sightseeing or cancelled activities.

• Arrive at airport/meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.
